Refund Policy

Do you offer refunds?

Money back guarantee applies to Annual and Life Memberships for active memberships past the trial period. All other cancellations will be processed when received. Refunds are processed in accordance with IvyLocker’s Cancellation Policy. Your account will not be charged again and information contained in your IvyLocker℠ will be destroyed and deleted.

Once you purchase a membership you may cancel any time during the first 14 days and your account will not be charged. See Cancellation Policy for complete details. For example if you join February 10, your first 14 days ends before midnight on February 25^th.

*Monthly account refund requests submitted past the introductory period of 14 days will be cancelled without refund and you will not be billed again.

Annual and Life Membership refunds will be issued on a pro-rated usage basis.

General Questions

Do you offer any guarantees?

We offer a 14-day Free trial: If you are not completely satisfied with your IvyLocker℠ and contact us in writing within the first 14 days of you’re membership agreement, you will not be charged. Your credit card/debit card will be charged on the 15^th day of service. Written email notification should be sent to cancel@ivylocker.com

If you desire to cancel anytime after billing has occurred, review and follow the cancellation procedures.

Do you share or sell my information to other companies?

IvyLocker℠ does not sell or share your personal information with others without your permission.

Who uses IvyLocker℠ services?

People from all walks of life are members of IvyLocker, singles, married, retirees, military members; any adult of legal age

What happens if my family doesn’t know about my Life Insurance policies?

Your family will never receive death benefits, because the insurance company may never know that you’ve passed without someone contacting them.

How would my best friend access my information in the event of something happening to me?

If you designed them as your next of kin, they would receive log in credentials to access your information.

How do I add a dependent to my IvyLocker℠?

Once logged in, you may add dependents from your profile settings

What is IvyLocker℠?

IvyLocker is a unique service designed to help any person organize their personal affairs in a secured environment. Information is grouped into lockers, such as all of your insurance information is stored in your Insurance Locker. All information stored is encrypted (scrambled) upon entry and while stored on our database. This unique approach provides you with a backup location, safe from fire, storms, and loss. You will never need to worry again that your family won’t be able to find your information.

With IvyLocker’s proprietary approach, we can notify companies, accounts of the members choosing and submit information to a life insurance provider*

*Life insurance provider or companies must be in Ivy Partner Network or be licensed to receive notifications.

Why do I need an IvyLocker℠?

Having an IvyLocker℠ is important, because everyone has information that someone will need to know, should something happen to them. Most people rise every day never thinking about preparing about a certainty of life, that one day will be their last. Who is to say when that will be? And most people don’t want to plan, or think about it. But, this is something no one has any control over. You can’t change or run from it. But those who are important to you; your best friend, your family – they will benefit the most by you having an IvyLocker℠.

Some people will leave everything written down in a letter, or list things they would want their family to know about. And if that crucial conversation has occurred then your family is better prepared.

What other assurance can you give me about the security of my information?

Your security and peace of mind in using IvyLocker is of vital importance to us, just as our concern that your family receives all entitlements after death from a loved one.

Your information is encrypted (scrambled) utilizing the latest encryption technology available when you strike the ‘Enter’ key, during transmission to IvyLocker℠ and when resting in the database.

Is my information secure?

We utilize the latest security protocols available for technology. We are HIPPA and PCI compliant, in addition to our proprietary processing methods. All data is received through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), i.e. what some would describe as our own private secure highway. Next, the data is encrypted and stored in our custom database.

What is PCI?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

To whom does PCI apply?

PCI applies to ALL organizations or merchants, regardless of size or number of transactions, that accepts, transmits or stores any cardholder data.
